Product count and lookup formula

Please bare with as this might get a little complicated.
I am trying to have excel do a count/ value look up of each product sold and keep a running tally of it on a separate sheet within the workbook. Below is a screen shot of my data entry sheet and the next screen shot below is of each product.

So I want to be able to track on a separate sheet how many XLT F150's were sold and how many XL F150's were sold. Can anyone provide me with the formula?

Delivered column is the total unit count for that customer
Model trim and year are self explanitory
If possible I would also like to have the year of each trim that is sold show in the break down of total products sold report

A sample file would be easier to work with than pictures. Could you please post one? Thx

Agree that a sample workbook will be far more helpful, but take a look at the SUMIF() and/or SUMIFS() functions and see if they will help?
