If Formula???

So I have an attached example. I would like to write a formula in Excel, I am assuming if(and, but I could be incorrect but this is what I am looking for.

I am looking for a formula that will give me a 1, when Column A's Dollar Amount is within $2.00 +/- of column B.

So in the test example attached all would give an output of 1, except for Cell C7.Test.xlsx

What do you want if it's NOT within 2.00 ?

This returns either 1 or 0 (1 if it's within +/- 2)

=--(ABS(A2-B2)<=2)
