    Cool Help Please - New User

    Hi.
    I have a spread sheet which I use at work. It contains up to 1300 lines of information, not always listed in alphabetical order.

    I am looking for a formula which will search the spread sheet for a specific piece of information using multiple criteria such as:

    Branch name Customer Type Month and then the actual figure

    and then return the number to another TAB on the same spread sheet. The main data sheet will not always be the same size so I cant simply copy the cell to my summary page. I need the formula to search using multiple criteria. I have tried V and H lookup with no joy and I am now being drive mad by this, please help if you can.

    There is really not enough information there. Try again to upload a sheet. Make sure there is enough data to demonstrate your need. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary. Remember to remove ALL confidential information first!!!

    Click on GO ADVANCED and use the paperclip icon to open the upload window.

    HOWEVER< you also need to amend the title of your thread. Many users search for possible solutions to their problems. Your title is so vague, it could mean anything. To change a title, go to "thread tools" at your first post in this thread. It's in there...

    Tried uploading the file but just get a timer going round and round. Tried saving in a different format but no luck. Any suggestions please?
