    Vlookup, return several matches.

    Hi everyone!

I've been googling around, but I simply have not been able to find an easy and automated solution for my problem. The solution might be a nested IF formula or an array formula, but I am quite inexperienced by both.

    My issue is as follows:

I want my cell to look through an array, and find a value. I then want it to return the value from the corresponding top row, and the corresponding righternmost column. The issue is that I have several of the values in the array, and I don't necessarily want a return.

I have attached the test sheet here. On Schedule Mall.xlsx

What I want it to do is :

    Search column A for "SO1".
If "SO1" exists, return the value for row 1 first.
Then return the value for column O.

Then search for more hits in column A, and return the corresponding value from column O - IF they are different than previous listed values (I don't want to see FM twice, or EM twice).

In the attached example I want the return to state "Tirsdag FM + EM" - and if I delete either, it should just state "Tirsdag FM or simply Tirsday EM"

You can see some of the example formulas that I have failed with in the Service Times OverView sheet.

    Can excel do this?

Thanks for all input (and all the other help I've found here!)

    Re: Vlookup, return several matches.

    A few questions :
    1. does this just apply to column A or will it be repeated for other columns?
    2. where does the result go?
    3. What is the maximum number of S01s I column A?

If there are limits on these then a function might do it. My preference would probably be VBA.
