    V-Lookup

    Hi

Can someone help me with this. I am trying to get where if i select a contract, the table and graph is populated with the information based on just that contract and nothing else.

It should update both charts together for the contract selected.

I would appreciate if you can send it back to me so I can look at it.

    Re: V-Lookup

    For the headcount:
    =VLOOKUP($B5,Headcount!$A$8:$FW$13,175+(COLUMNS($D$35:D35)-1),FALSE)
    Copy across.

the formula does not work. Would it needs to do is when the contract is selected from drop down list.. should automatically display results for that contract for headcount from the headcount spreadsheet

That is (surely!!) what it is doing. Select the contract in the DD at the ghastly merged cell at B5 and both the headcount and the graph update.
