Hello:
I have column A with text like Tom_N,Mike_N,John_Y etc
I need to use CF so that to highlight to Red if the last character of the text is N, hightlight to Green if last charecter is Y
Please let me know if you have any questions.

Use these as your CF formulae:
=RIGHT(A1,2)="_N"
and
=RIGHT(A1,2)="_Y"
