SUMIFS (vertical and horizontal with Date range)

Hi,

I need help to calculate 'Approved Hours' from a particular range of dates. Please help.

Hi Abhinav,

SUMIF(S) can not calculate mixed ranges, your range must be either vertical or horizontal.
Try SUMPRODUCT instead.

I am trying to put the below formula by placing start & end dates in A20 & A21 respectively, but its not working.

=SUMPRODUCT((B3:AF16)*(B2:AF2>=A20)*(B2:AF2<=A21)*(A3:A16="Approved"))
