IF excel formula help

    Question IF excel formula help

    I'm trying to figure out a formula that displays specific text based on another cell value. Currently I have two values, however I need to add a third and I'm not sure how.

    The current formula is....
    =IF(OR(C2="B802",C2="B803",C2="B517",C2="B517-1",C2="B521",C2="B804",C2="B805"),"Country2","Country1")

    - Column C contains the product number
    - I use this formula to display the Country of Origin for the product
    - I need it to default to Country1, unless column C contains a specific product number
    - For instance B802 is Country2, B517 is Country1
    - However, I'm adding new product numbers with new countries, eg B622 and B623 will be Country3

    Instead of using a gigantic IF formula create a 2 column table and use a lookup formula.

    Please take a moment to read the forum rules and then amend your thread title to something descriptive of your problem - not what you think the answer might be. (think google search terms?).
