Update Conditional Formatting for selected worksheets

I created a spreadsheet where there are different sheets that link to a composite.
However, for example: On sheet number 1 I changed the conditional formatting to shade yellow if a value is out of wrong. If I want to update the conditional formatting for 30 more sheets, how would I do this?

I tried deleting them and copying sheet number 1 30 more times, and that messed up the linking. I tried copying sheet number 1 over the rest, and it didn't update the conditional formatting.

Any thoughts?

Go to Sheet [1], select E7:E19 and copy
with shift pressed select sheet [30]. So Sheet from [1] to [30] are grouped

Go to Sheet [1], select E7:E19 and paste special formats.

Attention: When the sheets are grouped, any change of a given cell causes change in that equivalent cell in all grouped sheets

Go to another sheet that is not in the group to ungroup

Your sheet [1] is distincted from [2], [3], ...
