FORMULA ON K2 to lookup target
FORMULA ON N6 downwards to transpose data depending on K3 being shop1 or shop 2 and so on
The file looks as follows
You can use this formula in K2:
=IFERROR(INDEX(A:A,MATCH(K3,B:B,0)),"")
and this formula in N6:
=INDEX($C$3:$I$22,MATCH($K$3,$B$3:$B$22,0),MATCH(M6,$C$1:$I$1,0))
Copy this formula down to N12.
Hope this helps.

Yes Pete yes , I even changed SHOP 1 to SHOP 2 to see if it works
Thank you again
I hope it will work if I extend data for 31 days of the month as I see it reads TUE WED and so on
wondering if will pick accordingly for next TUE and WED and so on
Change the formula in N6 to this:
=INDEX($C$3:$I$22,MATCH($K$3,$B$3:$B$22,0),MATCH(L6,$C$2:$I$2,0))
so it will pick up the dates (changes shown in red). You might also have to change the reference to column I (shown in blue), depending on how you extend your data.
Hope this helps.
Pete
I suggest you set up a data validation drop-down in K3, so you can select the Shop from the drop-down.
Hope this helps.
Pete
Yes I am now clear , thank you again
I have extended a week , I am stranded in changing the formula on U6 downwards
The file looks like this week 1 completed , entering week 2
I think I got it
I had to change T to S I guess
