Find and replace html

Hi Guys,

Im pretty new to excel and have not been able to find a solution to using the find and replace function to add a line of html.

I have attached a txt document.

But ive drawn a blank, again im pretty new to excel and have spent hours trying all the options in excel i can find and also on google but no joy.

Any help would be appreciated.

I have tried adding the code here but its says im not allowed to so i have put it on a txt doc.

when i try to do a find and replace on a column for the above it tells me Microsoft Office Excel cannot find a match.
