Create a formula based on a drop down selection

Im trying to create a formula that will automatically populate a value based on the drop down selected in the cell prior.

Example: If cell A has a value, cell B has a drop down (yes or no), I want cell C to populate the number in cell A based on the drop down selected. If the spreadsheet user selects Yes, I want cell C to copy the value in cell A, if the user selects, No, I want cell C to automatically populate $0.

Can this be done? I know VLOOKUP wont work because im using different revenue amounts. I have attached a very basic example to show the layout of how this ongoing spreadsheet will look.

Sorry if this is confusing, let me know if you need additional information. Thanks in advance for the help!

    Is this what you mean?

    =IF(B2="Yes",A2,0)

I can see how that would work however, I think I would need to sets of "IF" formulas. The "yes" needs to show the value in cell A, the "no" needs to show "0". Do you know how to represent that formula?

    Thank you for your help!!

Have you actually tried the formula? Please do so & then explain how it does not meet your requirement.
