Using Quantities to automatically populate a purchase order

Hi,

I have a data sheet which is a list of products that we order from our supplier. The list contains product codes, product descriptions and prices. I have a separate purchase order form where I use a drop down to fill in the products I need to order, and a vlookup to insert the codes and the prices.

Is there a way where I can insert a quantity next to the item on the product list, and have this automatically populate the purchase order form?

Do you mean you want to add quantities to the data sheet or the purchase order form?
