I'm looking to countif and sumif with multiple criteria. I would like to count the number of units (D8, based on the floors selected from B10&B12, and all based on the selection from the combo box)
I have attached my data:
Thanks!

For multiple criteria on SUMIF/COUNTIF use SUMIFS/COUNTIFS or SUMPRODUCT

Ensure you describe your problem clearly, I have little time available to solve these problems and do not appreciate numerous changes to them.
Hi,
Are B10 & B12 meant to define an inclusive range of floors. i.e. all floors >=B10 BUT <=B12?
Do you have Excel 2007 or higher since if so you can use COUNTIFS() rather than the singular COUNTIF() function.
Have you considered using a Pivot Table which is far simpler and much more useful?
See attached where I've added some formula to the Summary, and also added a Pivot Table with some examples - which will just need extending.

Thanks Richard. How would I do the MIN and MAX formulas for my "ranges"?
