I need to create a list from a given number by adding 11 or 4 to get the next number

I need to give excel one 11 digit number sequence ex. 12345678901
Then be able to drag down and create the next numbers in the thread, from a formula
These are the guidelines I need.

+11 to get the next number in the thread
But +4 to get the next number in the thread if the previous eleven digit number ENDS in the number 6 (ex.12345678906)
Next number would be (12345678910)
Next number would be (12345678921)

I can also give excel the first and last number of the thread (both eleven digit numbers). Those are the two I am provided with. I need to find the numbers in between.
Again by, starting with the first eleven digit number and adding 11 to get the next number, or adding 4, if the previous eleven digit number ends in the number six.
