Excel: Form to Database via INDIRECT()

    Hi,

I am seeking to build a Excel-based database that uses a form to feed in data. I believe the formula 'INDIRECT()' could be needed here but do not know how to configure it to work. Appreciate any guidance. Thank you.

    Files as attached below:

Form: 'Test 1' and 'Test 2'
    Database: 'Database'

Re: Excel: Form to Database via INDIRECT()

Hi. Thank you for your code.

I was looking to do this without using VBA. So let me rephrase my question.

Say I have 2 workbooks. And I would like to use the INDEX() + MATCH() + INDIRECT() combo to get the data from one workbook to another. The reason I have INDIRECT() here is so it could dynamically reference to multiple workbooks.

I've attached 2 workbooks below: '123' & 'Database1' where I would like the formula that make use of INDEX() + MATCH() + INDIRECT() to be in workbook 'Database1' that dynamically refers to workbook '123'.

    Thank you.
