How to connect two columns and then paste data automatically for selected cell

Hi all,
Have two columns one have "Names" and second include "Conveyance" (mean that this worker don't have a car and need Conveyance to get him to work and back to home).
In table i created for example, i have to make weekly scheduler and chose each worker from "drop down list" that i created via "Data Validation" so the main idea to automatically paste the "Conveyance" status to the near cell.
