How can I make a list depending on another list?

How can I make a list, where depending on the value selected on the first column, feeds the menu list in the 2nd column, and having selected a value on the fisrt and second column also feeds the menu list in the third column. And on all columns only show unique values.

In the image is a small (really small) example of my original table. I tried to do a vlookup where I insert the range for the list but it shows me error saying that the list can only contain one column.

I know I can apply indirect and create names for the data but I want to make it automatic from the table.

    Hi, welcome to the forum

This is done with ranges, range names and the INDIRECT() function. I have attached a file that shows 3 levels, but the more levels you go, the more involved it becomes. See how you make out with this, and let me know
