Count Without Duplication Multiple Criteria

Hello,

I have a scenario where multiple people can work on the same work item, which belongs to a project.

I'd like to be able to count the total number of items being worked on within a workstream, ignoring duplication.

I've gone through the forums and I've tried many pivot tables and sumproduct() type solutions, and I cannot get there...

Any help is appreciated.
