Need a formula for a sales report to determine when an account is handed over to sales

Hi

I am working on a sales report to determine target calculations for the sales team. I need to determine the month in which the account was handed over to the salesperson owning them in Dec 2015.

Please refer attached file.
Column A - List of Clients
I have listed the salesperson who was responsible for the account in each month.
For clients where there was a change in account owner ship in 2015, I have highlighted in yellow.

For example: Client D was handed over to RP in Aug 15. So in Column N, I need a formula to show Aug 15.

Can somebody please help with the formula on how to determine the handover month?

Thanks Fotis. I tried the formula but it is giving me the name of the person rather than the date...I need it to show the month of transfer...

But I still have a problem...sorry to be a bother but when I drag the formula down, it does not show the month for the next one because the salesperson is different. The salesperson will change for each client so how can I determine which salesperson to consider...
