Conditional Formatting - cumulative total - stock levels

    Hi

Please can some one help, I'm getting into a muddle with conditioinal formatting. There data set is large so its not something I can do manually.

I want the cells in C3 to F3 to be red or green based on cumulative total of B3.

So B3 is the stock we have and I want C3 to E3 to be green and then F3 to turn red as we don’t have enough stock to cover it.

I have attached the spreadsheet to show what i want it to look like and with some data in

    Thanks

How can you use Conditional Formating.

--In Excel 2007 and 2010, Conditional Formatting is in the Styles group on the Home tab. In Excel 2003, Conditional Formatting is on the Format menu. See here how you can work using CF.
