Insert value if day of month falls between these two dates?

    Hello all,

I'm trying to build a cash flow spreadsheet for bi-weekly pay.

I have a list of paydates (every 14 days) in Row 1 of the spreadsheet. In column A I have a list of expenses, in Column B I have the amount due, and in column C I have the day of the month (1-31) that the due date falls on.

In short, I want the spreadhseet to automatically put the amount due (column B) in the correct paydate column by taking the due date (column C) and determining if it falls on or before the paydate.

To add a twist, i get paid three times in 2 months of the year (march and september), and I don't want to pay the bill more than once in any given month unless the next available paydate is after the due date.

Clear as mud? Can you help?
