    Index/Match or Vlookup

I would like a formula that will pull the Loft Prices on each sheet. In the example workbook 'Sheet1' is where I will be pulling the information. In cell A3 I would like to be able to put the name of the sheet and then in B3 the formula will pull the Loft Price for that sheet.

    Try

    =VLOOKUP($B$2,INDIRECT("'"&A3&"'!A:B"),2,FALSE)

Note, on sheet3, "Loft Prices" does not exist, instead it only has "Loft Price"
Consistency is important with this type of function.

In Sheet 3, you are missing a S. But in B3, enter =VLOOKUP($B$2,INDIRECT(A3&"!A:B"),2,0) then fill the formula.

Thank you guys! I knew I had to use the indirect formula in it but I kept messing it up! Much appreciated!

    Try

    =IFERROR(INDEX(INDIRECT("'"&A3&"'!B:B"),MATCH($B$2,INDIRECT("'"&A3&"'!A:A"),0)),"")
