I deal with spreadsheets that have many cells containing only an apostrophe ( ' ascii 39). I want to do a Ctrl-H (search and replace) to each of those cells and erase the ' leaving the cell NULL (ascii 00).

substitute commas with semi-colons if your region settings requires
