Ranking Question - Ranking based criteria but having forumla value issues

    hi guys

see attached data file with explanation

    Data.xlsx

so basically I'm ranking data from a column. however I want to exclude a set of data from being ranked based on another column

I know it has been done before and as you can see in my explanation tried a if and if error and rank statement. thought this would work. however come back with value statement. I think it because its looking up a column with a complex formula already in there.

so I thought id set you guys the challenge. see what you come up with.

    thanks

    Hi,

This seems to be a continuation of your other ranking thread albeit with perhaps real rather than mocked up data and if so does not comply with Rule 5 of our forum rules.

Explain why it's essentially different in nature and I'll remove this post if I agree.
