formulas for overtime on a daily (over 8hrs) AND weekly (over 40hrs) for more then one

I currently am trying to create a spreadsheet. In that spreadsheet I have many drivers. I follow a daily sheet on what they work per day, but want to create a summary page so I can see how it looks throughout the week. I have been trying to create this sheet to follow regular hours, time and a half, and double time. But I see to have problems with my formulas. If someone were to work 16 hours in a day, I want those hours to show as 8 regular hours, 4 time and a half hours, and 4 double time hours. I've attached how I want the layout(it would be sub referencing from another worksheet to fill in the hours) Any help with this will be wonderful! Payroll Example.xlsx

For this solution I took advantage of the huge number of columns available in a spreadsheet and used simple formulas. First I use columns P - V to get the overtime per day using the formula:

Next I used columns W - AC to get the double overtime per day using the formula:

Next sum the overtime in column N and the double overtime in column O. Finally get the regular hours by subtracting the overtime and double overtime from the total hours using the formula

Here is a copy of your file with the formulas applied:
