Sumifs/Index/Match

I am trying to do a sumif to sum up when 3 criterias are met but unable to obtain any result.

Thanks for your help. It works fine but where you have ...DATE(2015,12,31) is there any way I can select it as a cell where the date is present? so for example B2:B7=C600 where C600 is 31/12/2015.

Really appreciate your help in this.
