Formula in Timesheet

Hi there.
I have a problem with an Excel file we use for
timekeeping. Most of it works ok, but it has
a problem when an employee takes a lunch
break or doesn't and also if the employee starts
work at night on one day and finishes work the
next day.

I attached the file for you to review. The lines
in red are problem, the lines in green are ok.formula.jpg

Please post a file, showing expected results, so we have data to work with.
