Extract name from a string, not constant data

Hi there,

Someone out there will know how to do this, I need to extract the name from the strings below,

I have these in a single column and like I say the data/location of the name in the string is non constant, but I'd like a single formula to extract the name?

Example strings below:

RECODE TO 905541/51171001 FROM 905541/52141020 SSC BRUCE, EMMA A SEARLS W/E 20/11/2015
RECODE TO 905551/51171001 FROM 905551/52141020 SSC ASHWINI, BHELOSE L THOMPSON W/E 19/09/2015

Any ideas?
