    Lightbulb Subtotal

    I have a sheet with information on rented buildings from a few different owners.
    There are many different landlords and I want to calculate in another sheet how much each renter uses on rent each month. And see the total in another sheet, under each renter.

    Please post a sample Excel file showing expected outcomes (manual calculations).
