[SOLVED] Without Helper Column to Calculate Average Year

Hello Happy New Year Everyone,

I have a option schedule. I have attached a sample file here. I need to calculate the average year on cell C18. I am looking for a formula that I DO NOT NEED to us the helper column D to get the result on c18.

Hi Jackson,

Try this in C18

=SUM($B$8:$B$13*$C$8:$C$13)/SUM(B8:B13)

And enter it as an array formula buy holding down the Control+Shift keys while you press enter. It will then look like:

{=SUM($B$8:$B$13*$C$8:$C$13)/SUM(B8:B13)}
