Effectivity Validation by searching Numeric# in Text format cells

Hi, please help to get solution for following question.

Source: A2:A3 and C1:F1

A2:A3 (single 4 digit number and range (4***-4****) in text format)
C1:F1 (4 digit numeric number)

search the numeric number(C1:F1) in A2:A3, if the number at row 1 is within the range in A,display 1, otherwise display 0

Sample source data is as follow
A2= 4001-4200,4205,4209-4350,4552-4554,4600,4701-4803
A3= 4001,4004-4009,4119-4301,4405,4500-4888,4910
C1= 4100
D1= 4200
E1= 4300
F1= 4555

Need formual in C2:F3 to see "1110" in C2:F2 and "0111" in C3:F3

thanks for help, because the data in A has up tp 90 range (like 4***-4***) , so i don't think use so much helper column and row is practical.
acutally i am looking for a single and probably a array formula to do the range calculation .
