    Transpose and skip rows/columns when linking between sheets

    I have a table in sheet A with data records in rows. I want to link those cell references to sheet B, and transpose only some of the rows to columns. I don't want to Copy>Past>Special>Transpose. That's a one time solution. I'm looking for a formula that I can copy down and have it dynamically reference the cells. See attached image...
