Display a picture based on cell calculation

Hi,

I'm using Excel 2010. I want to display a picture in a cell based on a ranged outcome, in a percentage, in another cell.
The pictures are in named cells AC13 - AC17

I think your formula should be:

=IF(A12>=85%,"Jeff",IF(A12>=65%,"Steve",IF(A12>=45%,"Sig",IF(A12>=20%,"Gary",""))))

The names are names of pictures?

Yes, the names in the formula are pictures and have been named in the workbook.
