    Referencing rows in sheet a to sheet b

    I am running windows 10 and Excel 16.

    I have a workbook that contains 14 work sheets; "Static data" / "Year overview" and 12 other sheets that represent the "months" of the year

    Static data sheet - drives all standing data in the "Year overview sheet"
    Year Overview sheet - contains 366 days (leap year this year) - two rows for each day of the year (732 rows). Each row of data is linked to other cells in the same row and is unique. However, each day could increase to 3 or 4 rows and / or a row could be deleted.
    The monthly sheets - reference / link to the exact some data and rows / columns as in the "Year Overview sheet". For example "Jan sheet" will contain 31 days 2 rows per day = 62 rows. But could contain more than 2 rows per day by adding new events or deleting events after initial setup

    To date, I have been using cell referencing from the "monthly sheets" to the "Year Overview sheet" and this has been working fine until I added an additional row in the "Year Overview sheet". This row was not picked up in the corresponding "Monthly sheet".

    Therefore, what I would like assistance on is a formula that dynamically references the data in a row / cells in the "Year Overview sheet" to the corresponding row / cell in the "Monthly sheet". In addition, if I add or delete a row in the "Year Overview sheet" it will dynamically add /delete the row in the corresponding "Monthly sheet". In addition, I need the row and column formats to be copied to the month sheet (I don't really want to manually filter on a month / copy the data from the "Year Overview sheet" to the corresponding "Monthly sheet" each time as it can be rather time consuming.)

    I trust the above makes sense and thank you in anticipation.

    Perhaps you can attach a sample workbook (the FAQ describes how to) so we can see how your data is laid out and what you want to achieve with it.

    Thank you for your email. I have attached an example workbook as requested.

    If this assists; I have around 14 colums in the "year overview sheet"

    date = ddmmyy
    day = mon, tue ...
    function = alpha with numeric from drop down list
    no= nnnn 4 numerical digets
    func= Alpha 6 chars
    members = nnn
    fee = financial
    start time = time
    end time = time
    contact name = Christian and surname
    contact1 = landline
    contact 2 = mobile
    email = email address
    Concat field = of other cells in row
    notations = free form field of text and numerical .

    most fields are populated from static data.

    in addition, the "year overview sheet" contains a number of conditional formatting which I would also like transposed in the 12 " monthly sheets". Can this be incorporated?
