Is it possible to control a web based csv comma delimited file data connection by cell ref

Hi All,

Is it possible to use a cell reference for a web based csv file import delimited by commas.

There are 5 sheets in the attached file

Data Connections - Controlling Sheet
B1 is the users choice

A3:B6 is the table that holds the information for the data connections (Column B has a vlookup) for each sheet, so the results in B3:B6 would relate to the data for the corresponding Sheet i.e. B3 result should show the data for that connection on sheet 'Pool'

Then 4 remaining sheets for where the data would go:- Pool, Schedule, Vehicle & KPI

The sheet works would work on the following steps on the basis below

In Sheet 'Data Connections' Cell B1 the user chooses which site
In Sheet 'Data Connections' Cells B3:B6 the vlookup selects the file name for the csv import based on the data connections are stored in tables

A10:B110 for Pool
D10:E110 for Schedule
G10:H110 for Vehicle
J10:K110 for KPI

So each sheet should correspond to the links provided in B3:B6. they only refresh on open or by manual refresh with no auto updating.

I have included two live links for 'Pool' Site 1 & 2. on the Sheet Pool if a working solution is gained Site 1 will shows 1's on 'Pool' and Site 2 will show 2's

Sorry if this seems repetitive but I want to give as much detail possible to see if its possible to control the data connection via the cell references.
