so if I will add ( change )every month the "Monthly", the "Year to date" should change by by adding "Monthly" + existing already "Year to date" and show new result in cell G12 ("Year to date")

Right click the sheet tab and select "View Code".
Paste the below in to the VB Editor.
Close the VB Editor. Now when you change the value in F12 it will be added to the value already in G12.
