Summing cells with a highlighted by conditional format

I have a column of cells that have a conditional format applied to them. Is it possible to sum the value of the highlighted cell?

There's no function that can sum based on cell formats.

But you can use functions like SUMIF and SUMIFS that would sum based on the same conditions you used in the conditional format.

So if your conditional format is something like
=A1>10

Then to sum them, use
=SUMIF(A1:A100,">10")
