IF Functions with Small and Large Functions? Not Sure

This in T3 and dragged across will work

It doesn't need to be this complex if the titles are always in the same order BUT this will ensure that if the orders are changed the formula should still work

=INDEX($H$3:$M$3,MATCH(INDEX($A$1:$F$1,MATCH(O3,$A$3:$F$3,0)),$H$1:$M$1,0))
