I have a list of numbers
I Want When Returns the rank of a number in a list of numbers Its value is returned.

Here is a pivot table solution. As you can see if you enable editing the ID field is used in both the row labels and values windows.
1. In the values window change Sum of ID to Count of ID.
2. Set Report Layout to Tabular, and turn the grand totals off.
3. From the ID filter box select more sort options and descending by count of ID.

I could be wrong, however I assumed the rank was based on the number of times the number appeared in column A.

If that's the case then rank 5 is not correct.

rank 5 = 1148 which appears once.

5120 appears twice but is not ranked?

We need to hear back from the OP with more details.

ranking Based on the number of repetitions. by Make A List With All Unique value The problem was solved.

This may be unnecessary unsolicited input, however the in the final rankings 4 & 5 (H6:H7) are the same value (4612).
