Vlookup won't return hyperlink

I have a listing of documents on the "Training Listing" tab that lists out many different training documents. Each listing has a link that opens the PDF document. The Training calendar tab allows me to assign the training documents to different weeks, and i use a vlookup function in the training calendar tab to pull the training documents from the training listing tabe based on the week number that i want to assign it to.

The issue is that when the vlookup formula returns the proper value, the hyperlink to the document doesnt carry over from the training listing tab. I want the calendar to remain dynamic so that i can change the weeks if needed.

VLOOKUP - as with pretty much all excel functions - only returns the cell's contents, not any formatting or anything else associated with that cell. You will need to create a new H/L in the vlookup cell
