Using IFERROR or ISNA to populate a blank value into a cell that is defined as date format

    Hi,

Hoping for some help please, I have a formula that uses WORKDAY and VLOOKUP and uses values from other cells. The formula works but will give the #N/A error when there is a null value in any of the look up cells.

    The formula is:

I have changed this to incorporate ISNA(I know this is old method but needed to test it) and IFERROR as follows:

    IFERROR

    ISNA

I believe the ISNA and IFERROR formulas do work but they cannot populate a blank value into the calling cell as it has a date format attributed to it. Is their a way that a cell that has a date format applied can be made to accept a blank value?

    Any help appreciated.

    Thanks
    Kam

Update to this, ISNA and IFERROR actually give #VALUE and #NUM depending on which lookup fields are blank. I was under the impression that ISERROR would catch any error and just blank the calling field.
