Index, Match , Auto-Filter, Sort

need help, I'm trying to get the value of one column while trying to match two names.
example:
sheet 1 Arizonal column A
sheet 2 Arizonal column CK
sheet 2 19 column CI

what I'm trying to do is Match the name's (column A & Column CK) and show the value associated with that name in column CI

everything see's to work with index, Match (function,formula) but when I re-sort column CK , also when I re-sort any column within sheet 2
the value is incorrect or says #n/a

How do I fix this?
