Simulation in Excel

HI Guys!

Im trying to make simulation in Excel ( yes, i know that there is better programs, but i prefer Excel). So i did some process (based on random numbers), but i need to make a solution. I dont relly know how to make a cycle that:
- Will choose random numbers again (just press enter)
- go trought my procedure
- write result (number)

and then do it f.e. 10 000x. For evaluation i need to have 10 000 results in 10 000 rows.

Is possible to do that?

In attachments, there is my Excel im trying to find "1" in my reslotion ( when result for 4 and 0 are both 0), it is simulation of 3D Tic Tac Toe, im just trying to find if is possible to put all stones to fill 4x4x4 cube with no winner.
