Get formula returning text to calculate

Hi,

i am trying to get a long formula that is referencing text in various other cells to realize its a formula and calculate.

Hopefully this makes it clearer!

In a cell i have the following formula : =G425&D425&".xlsx"&RIGHT(F425,28)
This returns this text ; =VLOOKUP(B425,'Z:\1 AB Refrigeration\Customers\M & S\Eco Blade Roll out\Projects\ALL\[Coatbridge Faraday.xlsx]Store'!$A$21:$J$53,7,FALSE)

If this text were in a cell normally it would calculate and id be happy, however as it is the result of a formula itself it doesnt calculate.

Is there any way around this?

Im aware indirect formula may be of use but im having trouble applying it.

Any help would be amazing,
