IF Formula and adding a picture

I have 2 worksheets;

Sheet 1 with a dropdown menu in cell A13 (Peter, Joe, Sam, Melanie)

Based on the selection from the drop down menuon Sheet 1, A13, I want a pictures to appear on Sheet 2, B7.

How do I go about it ?

Take a look at the attached file. It has a drop down in A13 and the picture displays on Sheet2 B7. It uses a couple of named ranges and the Paste Special picture link option. I can explain further if required. However, if you have more than one drop down this process would have to be repeated for each.
