Add employee name to schedule based on Shift and date

I need to write a formula that will look at cell A3 for the 7 day work week and return the values (in red) in the correct shift on the grid. I tried doing an =iferror(index($A$4, match(1,$E$3:$AY$30=$A$3)*($E$3:$AY$30),0,"")

I thought maybe a Vlookup would work but there are too many variables...

    Anyone else have any ideas?
