Transform Data From Pivot Style to a Table Style

    Morning all,

I've been given some data in a pivot style format and I need to convert it to a table style. I know I could do this using the power BI tools but unfortunately I don't have access to them in work. Is there a formula I can use to achieve the same? The attached workbook shows an example of the data I'm working with.

    Thanks in advance,

    Snook
