Consolidating data from 2 excel files

I have two excel files that I would like to merge or consolidate....I have tried to follow tutorial found here....

I followed it to the dot (at least i think so) but the error I get is ...."Source Reference Overlaps Destination Area"...

I attached 3 files (result.xlsx is destination file) and all 3 files are located in same folder. Can someone suggest what I am doing wrong please

i think this error has to do something with referencing. is there a way to reference one excel file from another.
