How to Apply Conditional Formatting Here

Hi Everyone,
Please have a look at my problem.
In a sheet named Duty, I have Available Invigilators' number from G23:O23
In the same sheet below one row, I have Required Invigilators' number from G25:O25

I want to apply conditional Formatting in G23:O23 based on the corresponding cells G25:O25 with reference to the values in G25:O25.

Conditions:
1. If the values in G23:O23 are same to the corresponding Required number, the cells in G23:O23 will be Green.
2. If the values in G23:O23 are less than the corresponding Required number, the cells in G23:O23 will be Red.
3. If the values in G23:O23 are greater than the corresponding Required number, the cells in G23:O23 will be Yellow.

Is it possible with Conditional Formatting?
If yes, what is the process?
If not, what is the alternative?
